The issues of more complicated cross-border payments in the currencies of Russia, the USA, the EU and China between Russia and China (PRC) are considered, as well as the systems of sanctions measures applied by Western countries to Russia and the system of secondary sanctions to states, organizations that carry out and continue cooperation and interaction with Russian companies and individuals under sanctions. Some technologies and mechanisms for carrying out transactions are considered. An approach to changing the strategic management system is proposed.l profiles, interaction with the audience, targeted advertising, analysis and adjustment of the SMM strategy.
